Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us on 01946 603847 or send us an email at with your order reference.
How to return goods to UK Energy Hub in 4 easy steps
1. Please contact us by ringing 01946 603847 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
This way we'll be able to determine whether you would like to return the product for a refund or whether you'd like to exchange the product. Please do not return goods without notifying us first.
2. We'll then give you a returns number.
Mark clearly the returns number on the outside of your parcel so it can be identified on arrival, and include a print of the returns email.
Please note, failure to mark a returns reference number on the outside of your parcel may result in a delay in processing your return.
3. Don't forget your proof of postage, just in case!
4. Once we receive the item we'll be able to proceed with a refund or an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
